Imagine an old house, decaying and falling to bits. Well, maybe this is a bit of an exaggerataion, but there is one nearby that has recently undergone a transformation. It’s ground area has been extended by at least the same again, and it’s renewal continued with exterior painting to make it look as good as new. In fact, there is only one thing missing

…. the fire escape! Methinks that could lead to another sort of renewal.
