Do you read Latin?  If you do it won’t help you here.  This is actually Welsh.  The badge that I’m showing here is the one from my father’s old blazer.  He was very proud of his motto, and brought us up to understand it too.  The translation is ‘If you want to be a leader,  be a bridge’.  In other words – help others to achieve their aims, or – to be a leader you must be a mediator.

“To be a leader you must be a bridge” Means that you must bring people together with like mindedness and a common goal.
